U.S. Rep. Brian Mast, R-Palm City, will host town hall meetings in Port St. Lucie, Jupiter and Stuart on Thursday.

Mast’s last town hall, in June, drew hundreds of constituents angry about Mast’s support for a GOP plan to overhaul Obamacare. The liberal group Indivisible Martin County, which bills itself as “resisting the Trump agenda,” encouraged people to turn out.

Mast further annoyed the anti-Trump crowd last week by saying President Donald Trump has shown “leadership” in his remarks about the deadly white supremacist rally in Charlottesville, Va.

Here’s Mast’s Thursday schedule:

• Port St. Lucie Community Center, 2195 SE Airoso Blvd, 8:30 a.m. – 10 a.m.

• Jupiter Community Center, 200 Military Trail, 1 p.m. – 2:30 p.m.

• The Grace Place, 1550 SE Salerno Road, Stuart, 6 p.m.-7:30 p.m.

Because space is limited, Mast’s office is asking people who plan to attend to visit https://mast.house.gov/townhall to indicate their interest.
