President Donald Trump‘s Palm Beach summit with Chinese President Xi Jinping ended on Friday.

But Trump this morning is following up on Twitter with suggestions that China use its influence to rein in North Korea’s nuclear ambitions.

“I explained to the President of China that a trade deal with the U.S. will be far better for them if they solve the North Korean problem!” Trump tweeted at 7:59 a.m. today.

“North Korea is looking for trouble. If China decides to help, that would be great. If not, we will solve the problem without them!  U.S.A.,” the president followed up at 8:03 a.m.
