  • Is President-elect Trump coming to Mar-a-Lago for Thanksgiving? The Federal Aviation Administration has imposed flight restrictions for the resort’s airapce, including Palm Beach International Airport, from Tuesday to Friday. Speculation is Trump will be in town.
  • President-elect Trump started his day in Bedminster with a comment about Saturday night, as in NBC’s Saturday Night Live. He tweeted the SNL cast and show was biased in its spoof — “… nothing funny at all. Equal time for us?”, although it’s doubtful Sunday can rival the drama from Saturday. That’s when Trump and Mitt Romney, bitter foes during the primary season, met as speculation swirled about a role for Romney in a Trump administration.
  • President-elect Trump also tweeted he was impressed by another key Cabinet candidate, retired Marine Gen. James Mattis. Mattis met with Trump on Saturday. The Wall Street Journal reported that Army Gen. David Petraeus is another candidate.
  • A third tweet lauded New York’s U.S. Senator Chuck Schumer, a Democrat. “He is far smarter than Harry R and has the ability to get things done. Good news!”
  • On the meeting docket today: Chris Christie and former New York mayor Rudy Giuliani, two leading supporters. He’s also scheduled to meet with Kansas Secretary of State Kris Kobach.
