Former President Bill Clinton — accused of “abusive” behavior toward women by Donald Trump during Sunday night’s presidential debate — will be in Palm Beach County on Tuesday to push voter registration on the final day Floridians can sign up and be eligible to cast ballots in the Nov. 8 general election.
Hillary Clinton will be campaigning in Miami on Tuesday with Bill Clinton’s vice president, Al Gore.
The exact time and location for Bill Clinton’s visit have not been announced.
In addition to the Palm Beach County event, Bill Clinton is scheduled to visit Lee County and Pinellas County on Tuesday for voter registration events.
State law sets Tuesday as the deadline for voters to register in time for the presidential election, but the Florida Democratic Party has filed a lawsuit seeking an extension because of disruptions caused by Hurricane Matthew last week.
