Marco Rubio and Ted Cruz spent another Republican debate hammering away at front runner Donald Trump — but both pledged at the end of the night to support Trump if he’s the party’s nominee.

Ohio Gov. John Kasich, who refrained from attacks and played the role of above-the-fray adult, also said he’d support Trump if the part-time Palm Beacher is the Republican standard-bearer.

Trump called Rubio “Little Marco” and dubbed Cruz “Lyin’ Ted” during the evening.

Perhaps the most memorable moment of this — or any — debate came early when Trump responded to Rubio’s recent claim that his hands are unusually small.

“You know what they say about men with small hands,” Rubio said on the campaign trail last week, pausing a moment before adding, “You can’t trust them.”

Early in the debate, Trump held up his hands for the Detroit audience and TV viewers to see.

“Look at those hands, are they small hands?” Trump said. “And, he referred to my hands — if they’re small, something else must be small. I guarantee you there’s no problem. I guarantee it.”
